- Instagram: Media metadata, captions, and comments for the purpose of scheduling and AI-reply automation.
- WhatsApp: Message content, timestamps, and contact information (Phone numbers) for lead capture and bulk messaging templates.
5. AI Processing Disclosure
Our platform uses AI models (including Gemini, Flux and OpenAI) to generate content like captions and images. Content provided for generation is used only to fulfill your specific requests and is not used to train global models. Users maintain full control to review, edit, or delete content before it is published.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.

Meta requires that users have a clear way to request data deletion. You may disconnect your Meta accounts at any time via our dashboard. To permanently delete all data synced from Meta platforms, please submit a request to [email protected]. We will process and confirm deletion within 48 hours.
